Bethanne McCarthy-Patrick
I’ve lived in New Jersey my entire life and have seen a multitude of New Jersey elected official come and go over the years, with not enough positive change to improve the lives of ordinary New Jerseyans.
I’ve finally gotten so fed up that I’ve decided to take action and run for District 3.
As a retired Fire Fighter & EMT with Pennsville Township and a life member volunteer with Pennsville Fire and Rescue for 32 years, I know about public service and take it most seriously.
My husband and I are also small business owners so we know the struggles that go along with trying to keep a business afloat in our over-taxed and over-regulated state.
It’s time for a change in New Jersey!
A Future For All New Jerseyans
Jobs and Our Economy
I feel the current government has done little to lower the staggeringly high unemployment rate in our state.
Taxation
With one of the highest tax rates in the nation, far too many New Jerseyans are buckling under the weight.
Effective, Local Representation in Trenton
I feel the residents in Legislative District 3 have been under-represented for too long.

I am a retired Fire Fighter and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with Pennsville Township and a life member volunteer with Pennsville Fire and Rescue for 32 years.
My husband, Luke Patrick Jr., and I are small business restaurant owners with restaurants in South Jersey and Center City, Philadelphia.
I’m a true New Jerseyan, having been born and raised in Pennsville, Salem county and currently residing in Mannington.
I received the Salem County Woman of Achievement award in 2018.
